Adventure Begins at Your Library Summer Reading Program. June 4 – 7. 9 AM – 12 Noon. Ages 6 – 11. Arts & Crafts, Activities, Stories, Games. Online Registration Opens April 18. A $5 refundable pre-registration fee, per child, must be paid in advance to guarantee SRP enrollment. Use the QR code for online registration.

Hamilton Public Library Annual Book Sale & Garage Sale. City-Wide Garage Sale April 25th-27th.  Friday April 26th 12-5pm (individual books for sale) $2 hardcover/$1 paperback. Saturday April 27th 8am-2pm $6 canvas bag full of books, $3 smaller paper back full of books. Saturday Only: The Lions Club will have BREAKFAST TACOS available for $3/Taco. Grab your MAP and TACO to begin your hunt for treasures! All monies collected help fund: Summer Reading Program, Libby Digital Library, BOO for Books (Halloween) Annual Bookmark Contest for Students. In this course, you will learn Basic Meditation Practices and how they help heal your body. Join us for this FREE 8 week course as we explore and attain a better understanding of how to balance and harmonize our body’s energy for greater health and happiness. AR Testing after school at the Hamilton Public Library. Every afternoon 3:30 - 6:00 p.m. All tests are monitored by trained volunteers and staff. How does reading help young readers? Alleviates Stress. Reading Raises Self-Esteem. Expands Imaginations. Improves Writing Skills. Reading Improves Memory. Reading teaches empathy for others. Strengthens Communication Skills. Increases Listening Skills.


Hamilton Public Library Genealogy Center OPEN Wednesdays 10 am – 6 pm. Family Histories, Hamilton County History, Texas History, Research Computers, and Much More! Donations welcome!


2 p.m. Tuesdays & 10:30 a.m. Thursdays. Led by Jon Hodge, Certified Master Instructor. Tai Chi, Qi gong, Energy, Yoga, Meditation, Healing. Be sure to bring your own yoga mat.


Mahjong Club. Tuesdays @ 10:30 am. Join the newest club in town at the Library! Learn the basics of Mahjong, improve your skills, and compete with fellow players! Teague Conference Center. Led by Jeri Lee Tulley.
